My name is Stephen Emmet Castleberry. I am 23 years old and I have been longboarding for just over a year now and loving every minute of it. I like to skate in a town I grew up in, Pismo Beach CA with friends and new people. A good friend of mine that I've known for many many years now, Mike Hopton, introduced me to the sport in Laguna Beach CA just after my separation from my ex wife and I can honestly tell you that without this sport and everything it has brought me, all the friends I have made, and all the good times we've had, I would not be the person I am today (Longboarding is therapy.... Truth!).
I like to go FAST!! Without a doubt anything on a longboard is fun, but it's the speed factor of this sport that keeps me here and hungry for more. I will be attending Vernon DH7 in British Columbia in late June and Maryhill Festival of Speed in Washington U.S.A. in July/August.
Not to mention as many outlaw races as I can get my hands on.
