Based on extensive testing over the past year, we are currently out of stock and reformulating our wheels to enhance their slide versus grip matrix. We continue to have a perfect record with the Aluminum Hub design with zero hub failures, so the hubs will remain the same - we are ONLY reformulating the urethane! Our wheel formulas have been extremely durable as our testers have proven. RipTide’'s high rebound material has proven very fast and exhibits excellent slide
capabilities - but at high speeds only! Unfortunately most riders do their sliding at speeds under 55mph which is why we are reformulating. The main complaint has been choppy/noisy slides at slower speeds. Speed, durability, grip, wear, resistance to flat spotting and comfort have all received very high marks. We are also modifying the way we process our wheels to reduce the amount of labor involved. These modifications will take time and patience on all of our parts. We are a small, fast growing company, and we appreciate your patience regarding this project.
