Tristan Taillon - Canada

Hi everyone, my name is Tristan Taillon. I’ve been practicing downhill skateboard since 2011. I’m from Montréal, Québec in Canada. Did you know - the city of Montréal is actually on an island and there's a legit mountain in the middle perfect for longboarding! I actually chose my apartment based on the ease of getting to my favorite skate spots! Hahaha. I’ve been travelling and racing as much as possible, with the help of my sponsors and my amazing family, to get myself out of my comfort zone, to meet new friends and to live different adventures. I think racing downhill skateboard has become my favorite passion - but it’s still just an excuse for travelling and discovering what the world has to offer

Other than longboarding I enjoy stuff like video games, dinosaurs, movies and doing improv shows! I think it’s important to keep a balance between everything you love and enjoy - skating every day seems like too much pressure for me, I just do what I enjoy on the moment and always try to keep my love for skateboarding alive with new spots, events, creativity and friends.
