Was on Reddit and the combo was recommended for dinghy. I gave it shot and was happy with the results. Better control vs the stock bushings. Only thing is I wish I went with the next stiffness level. Will order more for next board for sure! One negative:. Since I'm new to this sport the lack of info on washer size was slightly annoying but a visit to home depot solved that.

I am 210 pounds and wanted a tighter setup, but not where I cannot carve. Basically, I needed centered stability, be able to turn easily, and have a nice rebound out of those turns. I hadn’t been able to find that in other bushings, and I ride INDY Stage4’s so I was unsure what would fit without losing their unique feeling.The KRANK Short Street’s with the 97.5a APS Barrel’s is EXACTLY what I was looking for ! RipTide Bushings ( and Pivot Cups ) RULE ! Stage 4’s with RipTide’s bushings / pivot cups cannot be F***** with.

I highly recommend reaching out to RipTide support for a custom recommendation! Brad was very informative with what shapes and durometers I should try based on my specific setup, and he absolutely nailed it. this KranK 90a formula is super resposinve, very stable, and has very lively rebound after hard turns and deep carves. i always recommend RipTide to anyone looking to improve their board’s ride feel!

I Use these as the bottom bushing on my independent mid trucks with a bones bushing on top, works great.

Replaced blown bushings in Gullwing Mission1 trucks with these top Krank cones, and the other bottom Krank barrel bushings. Completely restored disintegrated pivot cup as well with new harder RipTide one. This place is super sweet. Definitely going to buy some more of the things from here. My trucks are actually working like they should again. It was a nice touch that a RipTide sticker came with each bag of bushings. Thank you RipTide, these trucks have plenty of life left in them now.

The pivot point on my forged hollow indipendents made over seas did not hit the bottom of the plastic cap in the base plate with stock hight bushings, bad casting? Dow dow Used to make short bushings for low trucks. They do not make them anymore. I found these and they are way better.

Stock bushings are so lifeless. I purchased various durometer evolve bushings and hated the ride regardless of the configuration. One quick call to riptide and I got a set of Krank bushings with mixed durometers based on the conversation that literally transformed my board. Single best upgrade you can make to an eboard are riptides!!!

Especially if you freeride your TKP's, Krank is the best formula. So versatile. Ride it loose. Ride it tight. If I only rode one formula for the rest of my days, it'd be Krank. My face tattoo says "Krank4Lyfe".

The lean on TKP's feels so much smoother on Krank urethane. Any other formula (APS, HPF, etc. ) just makes TKP's feel like they flop to either side when I turn. Krank gives me a more progressive feel without limiting turning, like a more voluminous shape would.

On a general note, Riptide's customer service is some of the best in the industry. They answer my questions, resolve issues quickly, and all-around make me feel like a valued customer.

Still waiting on a wider range of Krank pivot cups, though ;)
