Description

Premium Urethane Cushion / Bushing upgrades for SureGrip Skates.

For most plates, we recommend using a cone / barrel set up. The barrel provides stability on the plateside / loadbearing cushion, while the cone allows more maneuverability on the roadside position.

For the SureGrip Classic, or any vintage plate where the kingpin screws directly into the plate to tighten, we recommend sticking with a barrel / barrel set up so that you can use your stock washers. The barrel / barrel packs are equivalent to the SureGrip Double Action Cushions.

Best cushions available. I use them on all my custom skates. Thanks again :)

I have been really happy with these white Krank 87a Durometer for rink skating on my Atom Falcon Pilots so I figured I would give them a try on my Sure-Grip Avengers as well. Riptide cushions are my favorite hands down! 🙌

Good advice on roller skate bushings

I was looking for bushings a little softer than my current 78a. Got some advice from Riptide on the different urethane types. This bushing set provided the feel that I was looking for.

Second set!

Super fast shipping! I fell in love with Riptide cushions at Roller Con and when I got my derby setup a few weeks ago I immediately knew I’d be ordering another set!

Perfect!

I set up these skates with these 70A purple and some of Riptides 73A green cushions as a mixed set. I have yet to actually use these much, but they arrived quickly, feel like quality, and match my skates perfectly. I definitely recommend these :)

(Would love to see some of your cushions in glow in the dark and flourescent )

These look great!

I set up these skates with these 73A green and some of Riptides 70A purple cushions as a mixed set. I have yet to actually use these much, but they arrived quickly, feel like quality, and match my skates perfectly. I definitely recommend them and have no doubts the quality will last as long as it should. If I only had 1 request it would be some glow in the dark and/or flourescent options if it's possible :)
