Description
The WFB formula will have a white powder residue on the surface. This is a good thing and is expected! This formula has a unique lubrication added which does not bond with the urethane. Photographed products had been washed beforehand, so do not worry if your product arrives with a white powder on the surface.
-- WFB rides a couple of points softer than they test, so please order accordingly. --
Keep in mind that the rounded edge goes towards the hanger of the skateboard truck and fits snugly into the bushing seat.
Don't be afraid to mix and match a softer durometer bushing into the Road-Side (Top) position with a harder durometer in the Board-Side (Bottom) position. This can provide additional stability while still allowing for some carve.
- Very Hard durometer bushings (95.5a) are typically for heavier riders or for riders looking for a very tight setup.
- Hard durometer bushings (93a) are typically for average weight riders and allow for a nice tight set-up with very little wobble.
- Medium durometer bushings (88a) are for medium weight riders & for those looking for a bit looser setup than the hard.
- Soft durometer bushings (83a - 78a) are for light-weight riders & those looking for a loose setup.
- Very Soft durometer bushings (73a - 68a) are designed for very light-weight or young riders but are also useful for those looking for a super loose setup (slalom).

Love the Riptide Bushings. I have been using APS ones but switched over the the WFB to try them out. I really like the WFB. They are very responsive and smooth. I might prefer them over the APS in slalom but might still go APS for the ditch. Either way, you can't go wrong with Riptides.

I decided to run an old pair of Randal RII 125’s on my first downhill setup because that’s what I had and I wasn’t ready to step up and buy a pair of precision trucks yet. Using the Riptide charts I chose to run chubby at the rear fat cone up front board side and street side barrels. My board turns up front and makes traction at the rear. The charts took the guess work out and helped me make a decision what to purchase. Thanks Riptide
Great bushings!
If you’re heavier but find the Krank or APS too stiff in the higher duros, I have found the WFB to be the best solution. I can get the hardest duro but still have plenty of turn and rebound.

Excellent as always, riptide bushings are the best upgrade for the dollar you can make on a board.
Riptide always delivers on quality products for a good price.
These bushings will last me for a year if not more - and that’s with daily rides of 7-10 miles.

Fat cone wfb, I’ve heard it for a while. I couldn’t wrap my head around it so I finally pulled the trigger and tried the 88a wfb fat cone bushing. Instantly my setup came to life and all I can say is, the flow has been acquired. It feels so good, not to reboundy so it’s fine at speeds and like love on wheels at slow to medium speeds. Try one boardside you’ll be glad you did.

By far the best bushings on the market. Put a set of Riptide WFB on my board and it rides like a whole new board, no more dead spots when carving just smooth and flowing turns all the way through. I couldn't stop on my first trip out with them. A must have for any setup.

Just what I was looking for. Incredibly smooth with almost zero bounce. I feel like I can now hold a bumpy turn without the feeling of being highsided with more bouncy bushings. If you're looking for juicy turns, these are the ones.
