Shipping Protection

Fast shipping an product works great. I highly recommend

Efficient and smooth

Great Customer Service, great product, make sure to bundle items to save on shipping.

It's shipping protection. You may not need it but it's nice to have. Although, I don't see how the customer is responsible for lost packages. The merchant or shipping carrier should provide reimbursement for missing parcels.

Inwnt to order some new pivot cups for and old board but wasnt sure one the size, asked customer service and Brad pointed me straight to the right ones. Great company, il be comming back for all my upgrades

Looks goid

Great again! Worth every penny for the upgrade turning is so intuitive with these. It goes with your weight and flows so smoothly

Great experience ordering premium products

worry free purchase! RipTide Rocks!

This time around Brad helped me select a setup that turned my dead, ultra-stable built for speed eskate into a nimble, fun, surfy carving machine that’s still super stable up to 25mph. Amazing as always!

I accidently ordered shipping protection x2. I didn't think much about it and was pleasantly surprised when Rip Tide refunded me for overpaying. Thank you some much.

Love the product and the customer service. Couldnt reccomend them enough

Great bushing and pivot cups but even better service and speed to shipping!
